Nestled in the heart of the Carolinas is a truly special place, perhaps even placing itself as one of my most favourite business shoots! Sometimes being in the right place, at the right time and having the right stuff makes for a perfect opportunity. The Chattooga Club connects both friends and family members over a culinary masterpiece or a game of croquet; social hours slip away either appreciating the personalised treatments within the life enhancement centre or simply looking upon the gorgeous mountain sunsets. It's an extraordinary place and as per their motto, Every Day - Elevated.

From my perspective, it was 2 weeks or more of continuous shooting, a suite of photographic genres, multiple subjects, personalities and fun, all with hours of editing behind the scenes. But worth it - absolutely. Below is a brief snapshot of what we achieved:

In addition to the photos requested, I always try to produce an image the perfectly encapsulates something special about the business and given how much waterfalls fascinate me, this was my challenge. It was surprisingly difficult to get to the middle, with the amount of rainfall making it virtually inaccessible. But with a will, there's a way - I managed to wade across and get what I was chasing.

During my time in North Carolina, I couldn't have been more looked after and I owe a debt of gratitude to all the amazing people, members and staff of the Chattooga Club for making my visit so special!
